By accessing or using the JustiGuide platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals seeking immigration guidance (“Users”) and licensed immigration attorneys subscribing to professional tools (“Lawyer Subscribers”). Different provisions may apply to each user type as specified below.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
JustiGuide is an AI-powered immigration legal technology platform that helps individuals navigate the immigration system and connects them with qualified, vetted immigration attorneys. The Platform enables Users to:
Lawyer Subscribers gain access to professional tools including case management features, client intake workflows, AI-assisted document analysis, and administrative support tools.
JustiGuide is a technology platform, not a law firm. Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and JustiGuide, Inc. Any AI-generated assessments, case evaluations, or informational content provided through the Platform are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
An attorney-client relationship is established solely between you and the individual licensed immigration attorney you choose to retain through the Platform, subject to a separate engagement agreement with that attorney.
JustiGuide does not guarantee specific immigration outcomes. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific, and results vary based on individual circumstances, applicable law, and agency decisions outside JustiGuide's control.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with preliminary case assessment, document review, and attorney matching. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
JustiGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
Individual Users may access the Platform under a subscription plan at the current published rate. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Immigration attorneys may subscribe to professional tools on a monthly basis at the current published rate. By subscribing, Lawyer Subscribers agree to additional obligations set forth in the Lawyer Subscriber Addendum, including compliance with applicable professional conduct rules, maintenance of active licensure, and confidentiality obligations with respect to client data.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at billing@justiguide.com within 30 days.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. JustiGuide does not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.
