Refund Policy

  1. Trial Period: If you cancel your subscription within the trial period, you will not be charged any subscription fees.

  2. Early Cancellation: If you have not used any JustiGuide premium services and cancel within the first 7 days of your billing cycle, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Service Disruption: In the unlikely event that JustiGuide experiences a service disruption lasting more than 72 hours, subscribers may request a prorated refund for the period of disruption.

  4. Non-Usage: Subscribers who have not utilized any JustiGuide premium features during the current billing cycle may request cancellation and a prorated refund.


  • Refunds are not available for monthly subscription plans after the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

  • Yearly subscription plans may only be refunded within the first 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.

  • Refunds are not offered for any services used during the billing cycle.


Processing Refunds:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the request.

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and reason for the refund.


Subscription Changes:

  • Downgrading your subscription plan will not result in a cash refund. Instead, a prorated credit will be applied to your account for future use.

  • Upgrading your subscription plan will result in an immediate charge of the prorated difference for the current billing cycle.


Additional Information:

  • JustiGuide reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances.

  • This refund policy is subject to change without notice and does not affect your statutory rights.
